Refund Policy

STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY
Due to the custom nature of software development, digital marketing, and the allocation of human hours to your project immediately upon execution of a contract, all sales and payments made to GoFAST are strictly final and non-refundable.
1. Compensation for Time and Labor
When you hire GoFAST, you are paying for expert time, labor, and dedicated resources. Once work has commenced or resources have been allocated, that time cannot be recovered. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for any onboarding fees, retainers, deposits, or hourly work billed.
2. Milestone Payments
For project-based contracts divided into milestones, each milestone payment is due prior to the commencement of work for that designated phase. Once paid, the milestone payment acts as non-refundable compensation for the deliverable described.
3. Client Delays and Abandonment
If a project stalls or is delayed due to a lack of communication, materials, or feedback from the client, GoFAST retains the right to hold all prior payments. No refunds will be provided for abandoned or paused projects.
4. Dispute Resolution
We are heavily dedicated to client satisfaction and outline our deliverables clearly. If you are unsatisfied with a deliverable, it must be brought up during the revision intervals specified in your contract. Refund requests disguised as chargebacks will be aggressively disputed using the terms established in your signed agreement.
